We provide the ultimate video game experience with our 4K Ultra HD TV’s, choice of PS4’s, Xbox One S’s, and Nintendo Switch’s, and all of the most popular games loaded up in our decked out limo-like Video Game Arcades! It’s a kid’s dream come true!
Q: How does it work?
You book your event with us. Pick the date and time that works best for you. We pull up in our climate controlled video game acrade about 15 minutes prior to the event. We go over any game ratings and any specifics with the adult/host of the party. Then we invite the gamerz in for the best party ever! They can play on any system they want and any game they want. When the event is over, we pack up and roll out, leaving you no mess to clean up and the best experience ever for all of your guests!
Q: How soon should I book?
Our Video Game parties are on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book, the more likely you are to get the date and time you want. Book your event by clicking here.
Q: Are your games age appropriate?
For kid’s parties, the first thing our Game Coach will do is invite the adult/host inside the arcade and go over the game rating system and they can decide what games are played and not played at the event.
Q: Do you provide invitations?
Yes. After securing your deposit, we will personalize our Gamez2Go invitations and send them in a pdf file to the email address you provided, so you can print off as many as you need.
Q: How many people can the arcade hold?
Our Video Game Parties are capable of entertaining up to 20 people at a time. We do have add-ons if you’re planning a larger event. Just send us the details of your event and we’ll help to plan the perfect video game party!
Q: Does the weather affect parties?
Our Video Game parties are completely enclosed in our climate controlled video game arcade. Rain or shine, extreme heat or frigid cold, summer or winter, we’ll bring the party to you!
Q: How much space do you need to park?
In order to park, we ask that we have about 40 ft of parking space. We also need to park on a level surface.
Q: Where can the Video Game Party be set-up?
Our Video Game Parties are fully contained, so we can set-up just about anywhere. We’ll pull up right in front of your home or we can host the party at a local park. We have a massive generator that provides all the electricity we need, so we can bring the game party just about anywhere!
Q: Are food and beverages allowed inside the game arcade?
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the arcades. We recommend having a table set-up just outside for food and drinks.
Q: What game systems do you have?
We have PS4’s, Xbox One S’s, Nintendo Switch’s, and a Retro Game System with over 100 different old school games. Each hooked up to a 4K Ultra HD Smart TV to give you and your guests the best party experience!
Q: What Video Games do you have available?
We have all of the most popular games for PS4, Xbox One S, and Nintendo Switch.
Q: Is there a deposit to book a party?
A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. A minimum of $100 deposit will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. The remaining funds will be due NO LATER than 24 hours prior to day of your party.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Since the game arcades do get reserved for your date and time not allowing others to book them, we do have to charge for cancellations. There will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your deposit for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of a reservation being canceled within 21 days of your event. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be needed.
Q: What area’s do you cover?
Our primary service area is within 20 miles of Bettendorf, IA and 20 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA. However, we do have a secondary service area that we cover for a small fee of $3/mile after 20 miles from Bettendorf, IA and Cedar Rapids, IA Contact us to get your exact rate.
